All Sales are Final.  At Indian Head Firewood we strive to have the highest quality products and services. All sales are final.  If our products or services don’t meet your expectations, please let us know and we will review every inquiry on a case by case basis. If the products do not meet our quality standards, we will find an appropriate solution to remedy the situation. If our service and our products meet our quality standards we do not accept returns due to the high amount of labor and effort required in the white glove deliveries and the labor and effort it would take for our representatives to pick up and return our products.
